Former Fox News anchor Bill O'Reilly believes that no matter what Elon Musk, President Trump or the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), the population chunks will never support their efforts.
“I want this. 80% of Americans are with me. Trump's asshole doesn't want that,” O'Reilly said on Monday's News Nation, “Balanced “Host Leland Vittert said.
When asked for clear evidence that this “slash and burn route” would work, O'Reilly argued that it would likely take months or years to see the government change.
“It's unrealistic to think that everyone is going to redeposit money that has been spent or wasted stupidly,” he said. “It's going to take a year, but what happens is a disciplined approach to Doge.”
News veterans also argued that people against Trump, Musk and Doge would “make and destroy things to try and try” no matter what action is taken.
What are public sentiments towards musk?
Polls show that Musk is extremely unpopular with independent, moderate voters, and could be key to Republican senators winning reelection on the battlefield.
A 1,595 adult citizen economist/YouGov poll conducted between February 9 and 11 shows that independents deduct 18 points from processing high-tech billionaire Doge, 31% approved, and 49% I discovered it was disapproved.
The survey found that the self-described moderates disapproved his Doge leadership 21 points, with 33% approving and 54% disapproving.
