Before Hailee Steinfeld became engaged to Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, she was spotted wearing a Denver Broncos uniform during the team’s Super Bowl win against the Carolina Panthers back in 2016. Recently, a photo of her from that event popped up on social media just as the Bills and Broncos prepared to compete in the AFC Divisional Round on Saturday.

CBS sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson had a chance to ask Allen about this viral moment. Allen, apparently surprised, mentioned he hadn’t been aware of the photo’s resurgence and joked that she might have been paid to be there. He also said he wouldn’t have kept the photo at home, which adds a fun twist to their story.

In other news, Allen and Steinfeld shared exciting plans about their future together—they’ll marry in June 2025 and are expecting their first child by December 2025. Steinfeld’s project, “Sinners,” was nominated for several awards and even won for Best Original Score, which, I mean, is pretty impressive.

When the Bills found themselves trailing by four points and just four minutes left in the game, Allen orchestrated a critical nine-play, 66-yard touchdown drive that ultimately clinched the win.

As the Bills prepare to clash with the Broncos—ranked as the No. 1 seed—the stakes are high. This matchup will take place Saturday at 4:30 p.m. ET, and it’s Allen’s first chance at a road playoff victory. He clearly hopes to advance to the Super Bowl this time around.
