Bills supporter banned from NFL stadiums following slapping incident

After Sunday’s game, fans of the Buffalo Bills were seen hitting the Baltimore Ravens helmet following a touchdown, which led to Deandre Hopkins and Lamar Jackson being banned from NFL Stadium indefinitely.

According to an ESPN report, those fans were swiftly removed from Highmark Stadium and subsequently banned on Monday, as confirmed by team officials. Efforts to get a comment from the Bills were made.

During the game, Jackson and Hopkins celebrated a touchdown pass in the end zone when a few fans crossed into their space. This prompted a reaction from Jackson, who, in retaliation, pushed one of the fans. He later mentioned, “I slapped him (Deandre Hopkins), but I really… he didn’t slacker me. In such situations, you have to consider the presence of security.”

Jackson expressed his regret, stating, “But I just did my best with my feelings. Hopefully, it won’t happen again. I learned from it.” Despite the Ravens initially holding a strong lead in the fourth quarter, the Bills managed a remarkable comeback, scoring 22 points and clinching the win with a final score of 41-40.

In terms of performance, Jackson threw for 209 yards, completed two touchdown passes, and rushed 70 yards with one touchdown on six carries.
