Bills take down Steelers' Aaron Rodgers in important game

Aaron Rodgers faced a tough outing during the game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Buffalo Bills, leaving the field after a hard hit in the third quarter. The Steelers had a 7-3 lead as they began the second half, but things took a turn when Rodgers was tackled by Bills defensive end Joey Bosa, scraping his face against the icy ground as he fell on his already injured left wrist.

After the hit, Bills defensive back Christian Benford picked up the loose ball and scored a touchdown. Meanwhile, Rodgers was seen with blood on his nose as he headed to the sidelines for treatment.

Mason Rudolph took over for Rodgers on the next play but unfortunately threw an interception to Benford, leading to a touchdown drive by Josh Allen.

Rodgers did return to the game in the third quarter, with medical staff attending to a cut on his nose. Before his exit, he completed 6 of 13 passes for 54 yards, showing determination to play through the pain while using a pistol formation for much of the game.

The Steelers were looking to claim the top spot in the AFC North during the Week 13 matchup, and prior to this game, Rodgers had amassed 1,969 passing yards with 19 touchdown passes and seven interceptions over the first ten games of the season.
