Billy ‘The Exterminator’ reveals how to get rid of stoner rats plaguing New Orleans

Billy “The Exterminator” Bretherton steps in to advise New Orleans authorities after a rat breaks into a police station’s evidence room and appears to be high on marijuana.

“You need three things to get a rat infestation out of control: food, shelter, and water,” Bretherton told “The Ingraham Angle” on Thursday.

“If you have a trifecta, it’s going to be very difficult to get rid of. Also, rats can often multiply faster than exterminators can kill them, trap them, and get them out of there.” You lose battles every day because of it.”

Zinc phosphide can be used to get rid of rats that can ruin a court case by eating evidence, a reality TV star and pest control technician has advised.

“They’re going to have to shut down the police station for a day or two, and I guarantee you they’ll put out the zinc phosphide and all the rats will die,” he said.

“All they have to do is touch it. They don’t have to eat it. They don’t have to drink it. They don’t have to live there. All they have to do is touch it. All you have to do is walk in the dust. When things get that desperate, we can do that too.”

Bretherton disputed reports that the New Orleans rats were “high.”

Raw marijuana alone won’t get rats high, he said, so the THC must be burned off for marijuana to have an effect on rats.

Exterminators also displayed the snake and said they are relocating it.

However, rats are a different story.

He doesn’t like to kill them, but the species spreads.

The “Billy the Exterminator” host has animal adventures all over the place, even heading into a lion’s den.

“The production asked the zoologist, ‘Can Billy go into the lion’s den here and interact with the lions?’ They’re like, ‘Oh, sure.’ I’ve raised them since they were born, so they’re very friendly. Billy should be fine,’ he recalled.

“When I went into the enclosure…these lions were as big as Volkswagen bugs. They were both huge. As soon as I went in there, the women got up and I smelled like their favorite cologne. That’s why she attacked me.”
