Marvel star Letitia Wright said in a new interview that her new production company aims to make movies with meaningful content and cinematic excellence so that “God will be glorified.” The light is in Black Panther and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, In 2020, he launched 3.16 Productions and has been involved in the production of several films, including a new film from Angel Studios. Wright said films too often lack either excellence or impact. Sound of HopeShe said the product ticked the boxes in both categories.
“I try to maintain the motto, or ethos, of meaningful content storytelling with cinematic brilliance,” she said of her production company.
She follows God’s guidance in her company’s films.
“As long as it’s meaningful and a good movie, God just guides me on what to do,” Wright said.

Wright admitted that he doesn’t normally enjoy watching Christian movies.
“I’ve never really been a fan of movies that have a super-Christian feel to them,” she says, “They’re just not made well. We all have the Holy Spirit in us, and that’s a bit of a shame. And I’m like, ‘Why is this movie like that?'”
But Wright, who is a Christian herself, wants to help change perceptions about faith-focused films. The Chosen Ones As an example of well-executed faith content.
The tides are turning, she said, because filmmakers are “relying on the Holy Spirit and doing a really good job of doing that.”
“[The Chosen] They did it in a really good way and gained a lot of support,” she said.
“What I feel is [among faith-focused filmmakers]”It’s a great piece of cinema, it’s meaningful,” she told The Relevant Podcast, “and God is glorified for it. Honestly, if you make something that’s boring, nobody’s going to want to see it. … But if someone says, ‘This is beautiful,’ and if they’re a Christian, they want to see it.”
