Blake and Makia Corum Enjoy Offseason Humor
It looks like Los Angeles Rams running back Blake Corum and his wife, Makia, are soaking up the offseason in a fun way.
Recently, a lighthearted video surfaced online where Blake humorously critiques Makia’s shopping habits. In the clip, she mimics the phrase, “If you disagree, clap your hands…” Then, while pointing at a TJ Maxx sign, she quips, “You’re kidding, I already shopped online.”
After her segment, the camera zooms in on Blake, who joins in by clapping enthusiastically and then strikes a playful pose.
Despite their busy lives, the couple has been adjusting to parenthood, having welcomed their daughter, Zara, in March. It’s been quite the whirlwind for them, managing their new roles alongside their personal time.
Blake and Makia have been together since 2022, having met at the University of Michigan. While Blake made a name for himself in football, Makia was involved in various academic and advocacy efforts on campus. They became engaged in June 2024 and tied the knot in April 2025.
This week, Blake was set to attend the Rams’ minicamp, but it was called off after a new head coach took over. It’s typical for players to use this time to gear up before the training camp kicks in.
The Rams haven’t announced the specific date for their training camp yet, but usually, it starts in late July and lasts for about a month.
Blake, entering his second NFL season, has seen a notable increase in his responsibilities on the field, having rushed for 746 yards and scored six touchdowns on 145 carries. He recently shared a moment with teammate Kyren Williams, who played a significant role in the team’s efforts last season as they aimed for their third Super Bowl victory.
