Blake Lively hasn’t completely stayed away from gossip since her show Gossip Girl ended in 2012, continuing her high-profile relationship with actor Ryan Reynolds.
On Monday, Lively took to Instagram to praise her husband and show her support ahead of the release of his new film “Deadpool & Wolverine,” but was forced to deny rumours about their 12-year marriage.
The post sparked an unexpected response from fans, who begged Lively to post more content featuring Reynolds.

“You and Ryan need to post more about each other. There were rumors going around that you two were getting divorced but I never believed it because you two are just the perfect couple,” the person wrote.

“Haha they hope so,” Lively shot back with a crying-laughing emoji.
The couple, who married in 2012, are notoriously pranksters and frequently poke fun at each other online, so Lively’s post praising her husband and his movies meant a lot.

The pair proved there’s no trouble in paradise when they posed for photos looking very loved up at the New York premiere of “Deadpool” on Monday, just hours after Lively denied the divorce rumors.

They were joined by two other celebrities: Lively’s best friend Gigi Hadid and Reynolds’ co-star and best friend Hugh Jackman.
During the premiere, Reynolds expressed his devotion to his family, thanking Lively and her four daughters for attending the event.
