You can read all about how we put it together here.

Do you have good table manners?
It felt like the Guardian was aiming for an accident with its small plates on a first date format, but thanks to his grace we avoided it. Since we were both older siblings, we agreed that “one person divides and the other chooses'' is a noble way to share.
The best thing about Max?
A contagious smile.
Can you introduce Max to your friends?
Introducing Max to my dog. You might even be ranked higher than my friends. We are both Australian (she is a mini Aussie Shepherd).
Describe Max in three words.
Easy on the eyes.
What does Max think of you?
I think he's still thinking about it.
Did you go somewhere?
Yes, on so many tangents.
And… did you kiss?
My mom is reading this column!
If you could change one thing about that night, what would it be?
I would have liked the guacamole to be a little more spicy to suit our vibe.
Out of 10?
8 – But he only loses two points as neither the golden chariot nor young Oliver Reed materialized at any point during the night.
Can we meet again?
Are you offering to sponsor another date?

What did you expect?
At the surface level, there's not much to it. But deep down, you want to have a real connection.
What's your first impression?
When Sarah entered the restaurant. I thought, “Please be my girlfriend, please be my girlfriend!”
What did we talk about?
I feel like it's close to almost everything! The conversation went by in complete obscurity! To name a few, we can call them “our work.” family. Music festival. Bad joke. Movies (How great is The Death of Stalin?). Hiking spot. our favorite recipes. How alarming is it that one in three adults in the UK cannot swim?
What is the most awkward moment?
At first, we were trying to provoke each other.
Do you have good table manners?
It's just as delicious as Mexican food eaten with your hands. We shared a dish.
The best thing about Sarah?
On the way she said: “I'm sure we'll see each other again, right?'' I really like how straightforward that is.
Can you introduce Sarah to your friends?
I would refer her to friends, family, and anyone I saw on the street.
Describe Sarah in three words.
It's lively, lively, and cheerful.
What does Sarah think of you?
A talkative and passionate person whose madness can rival mine.
Did you go somewhere?
No, we wanted to, but she was staying at her parents' house that night and I had to catch a train from London.
And… did you kiss?
We certainly did so quite enthusiastically.
If you could change one thing about that night, what would it be?
We changed it to the weekend so it could have lasted longer.
Out of 10?
10 out of 10 people felt dizzy on the train ride home. One of the best dates I've been on in a long time.
Can we meet again?
I really hope so. We exchanged phone numbers and Instagram handles and made tentative plans to meet up again.
