A blind senior Labrador who was missing for three days has been reunited with his family thanks to a drone.
Molly, an 11-year-old Labrador, went missing from her home in the UK, and the pup’s family called in a search and rescue team, SWNS reported.
UK-based charity Drone to Home answered the call.

The charity was contacted three days after Molly went missing.
According to SWNS, the puppy’s owners even thought the dog had died.

In just two hours, search and rescue teams were able to locate the Labrador dog. (See the video at the top of this article.)
British news agency SWNS said: “Within just two hours of being alerted, teams were able to locate Molly in Tissington, Derbyshire.”

CEO Phil James and his team were overwhelmed by the beautiful reunion between Molly and her owner.
“I don’t usually get emotional, but I have to admit that Lab brought me to tears. I’m so happy to see the owners so happy.” he said.

CEO James is a lead drone operator and Drone to Home instructor who founded the organization in 2019.
This search and rescue charity is dedicated to reuniting furry friends and their families.
According to the charity’s website, “Drone To Home was born out of a need to help more people find the dogs they love.”

“As he began searching for more and more missing dogs, word soon spread that his skills and experience could reunite lost dogs. [brought] It’s much-needed relief for thousands of people in the community. ”
The charity began as a one-man job with James funding search and rescue on his own.

“Up until registration, I had to pay my own expenses.” [it] “We became a charity on April 29, 2022 and have so far reunited 2,487 dogs, three ponies, an emu, a skunk and nine cows,” James told SWNS.

The charity has hundreds of volunteers who can huddle behind the drone or on the ground if needed.
