Bluesky Spreads False Alert to Fans of Charlie Kirk’s Assassination

The Hate Place, a left-leaning social media platform known for its open endorsement of hostility, has issued a misleading “warning” to those who have celebrated the rumored political assassination of 31-year-old conservative activist Charlie Kirk this past Wednesday.

I won’t link to a site that promotes violence, but here’s what Bluesky Safety announced last night: mere hours after Kirk was reported dead:

Celebrating violence and harm breaches Bluesky’s community standards. Report and address content that negatively impacts others. Violence is not conducive to healthy public dialogue, and we aim to foster constructive, open discussions.

Bluesky was established in 2024 as an alternative to Twitter/X. After Elon Musk’s platform lifted its political censorship, many elitists on the left struggled to adapt, prompting the creation of Bluesky, which sought to replicate Twitter’s former echo chamber environment. Yet, it quickly morphed into a hub for those on the left to express hostility if it targeted certain “right” individuals.

If you think that Bruski’s so-called warning about “celebrating harm” is serious, consider this:

Just a heads-up: Patton Oswalt, Taylor Lorenz, and Mark Hamill are still active on Bluesky.

That’s pretty clear. What’s evident now is that when they label us as threats—fascists, Nazis, racists, all while defending democracy—they’re essentially calling for our assassination.

This needs to end. As I mentioned yesterday, there will be repercussions for the morally questionable regression we see among Democrats, corporate media, and organized leftist groups. I hope these outcomes are peaceful and lawful, but yesterday marked a significant shift. A line has indeed been crossed.

Also, I find it hard to unite with individuals who openly advocate for my demise.

If you label me as a racist or a Nazi, you’re basically calling for my assassination. So, no, there’s no way we can find common ground. It’s a trap the left always sets for us.

At that point, it was pretty clear.
