Kennedy’s Speech at Republican Midterm Convention Gains Attention
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has received considerable acclaim on social media for what many are calling the standout speech of the Republican Midterm Convention in Dallas, Texas.
The former Health and Human Services Secretary under Trump delivered a blistering critique of the Democratic Party during his address on Thursday night, targeting the party leaders he once associated with.
‘RFK Jr.’s speech is an absolute tour de force! This is history in the making,’ remarked a viewer.
“I am 72 years old. And for 70 years of my life, I would have wagered anything that I would not find myself at a Republican convention!” Kennedy declared, eliciting cheers from the crowd. “The irony of my being here is unmistakable.”
He reflected on the numerous Democratic conventions he had attended over the years, including times he had spoken at them.
“I was raised in the Democratic Party of Franklin Roosevelt, my uncle John F. Kennedy, and my father, Robert. Our party stood for strong principles and an inspiring idealistic vision for America,” he said. “My uncle advocated for tax cuts, a robust defense, and resisting communism. Does any of that resonate with you?”
The audience erupted in applause.

“Secretary Kennedy was incredible. That was one of the most impactful speeches I’ve ever witnessed,” said another fan.
Kennedy proceeded to harshly criticize Democrats for endorsing Kamala Harris as their nominee for 2024, particularly after concerns surrounding former President Joe Biden’s mental fitness surfaced.
“For the first time in history, they called off their own convention. No voter ever cast a primary ballot for Kamala Harris,” he remarked regarding the 2024 primary process.
“No elected delegate was consulted. The party of ‘No Kings’ essentially appointed a queen,” he emphasized, garnering applause, “hand-picked by unknown party elites.”
Kennedy also criticized the current state of the Democratic Party, contrasting it with its past. “Neither my father nor my uncle would recognize the Democratic Party of today. It’s more about sanity versus insanity now,” he commented. “It’s about common sense versus communism!”
