The Florida teen finds herself behind the bar after a revenge plot against her ex-boyfriend was so badly unsuccessful.
At 2:30am Wednesday, deputies from the Volusia County Sheriff's Office responded to a vandalism call for “young woman spray painting the vehicle” in Deltena, about 30 minutes north of Orlando.
“You really are God awful, so you need to try hard to be mean.”
When police arrived at the crime scene, they met two teenagers, ages 18 and 16, near a black Infinity covered in bright yellow spray paint. Smiley's face and the words “Jason” and “devil” were spray painted on the car.
One of the teenagers was walking away from the officers and told police she was “not involved.”
“This isn't involved, but she has yellow paint from head to toe,” the aide said ironically. WKMG-TV. “And she threw all her dope here.”
The adjutant told the teens, “You're really God so you need to try hard to be mean.”
“And you guys spray painted the wrong car,” the officer says before laughing.

“When asked, the 18-year-old admitted that she was mad at her ex-boyfriend, so she and her friends decided to throw eggs at what they thought was his car,” police said. “Unfortunately, the vehicle in question belonged to her neighbor, not her ex.”
The 18-year-old told deputies that she was angry with her ex-boyfriend because he owes her money.
According to Affidavitlawmakers discovered 33.8 grams of marijuana, glass pipes, empty bottles of Crown Royal Whiskey, and two open bottles of four loco alcoholic beverages in the suspect's car. Officers also allegedly found a can of yellow spray paint on the trunk of the vehicle.
The 18-year-old, identified as Evelina Fabianski, was charged with criminal mischief and charged with delinquency of a minor, possession of alcohol under the age of 21, and driving under the influence.
The 16-year-old has not been identified due to her age – was charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams.
Fabianski reportedly was booked at the Volsia County Branch Jail before his release Wednesday afternoon.
The 16-year-old was taken to the Volsia County Family Resource Center.
WOFL-TV We interviewed the owner of the car. He said it would likely cost $5,000 to repair the damage to his car.
“That's crazy too. They chose the perfect colour,” said car owner Jonathan Edwards. “The perfect colour, pop out of the black.”
Edwards was able to use a razor blade to drive by rubbing paint from the window, but the car is still covered in yellow spray paint.
Edwards said he was taking the suspect to court.
“You're 18. There's no point in ruining your life faster than a guy. It's meaningless,” Edwards said.
