The boyfriend of his Brooklyn mother, whose 3-year-old son died in hospital over the weekend, was accused of exploiting the boy last month of wetting himself, sources said.
As police tried to understand how little Kin Royal Foster was, 38-year-old Robert White was destroyed in a previous attack. In this attack, the boy was hit to the head at least 10 times on February 22nd.
The assault in the pee incident happened several weeks before Tott was dumped at a university hospital in Downstate on Saturday by White and his mother, 24-year-old Sunshine Davis.
City medical inspectors have not determined the cause of Foster's death, and police are still investigating it.
The boy was declared dead in the hospital, police said.
According to sources, White has at least eight previous arrests dating back to 2007 for robbery, assault and reckless danger charges.
