Brad Pitt has once again made a notable hairstyle change.
On Thursday, the acclaimed actor was seen driving through Los Angeles, sporting a fresh buzz cut reminiscent of the 90s. At 61, Pitt is known for frequently altering his look, and this time he traded in his longer salt-and-pepper locks that had been flowing earlier this year.
The former “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” star also shaved his gray beard, embracing a more youthful appearance. It’s a bit of a mystery what prompted this change, but maybe he’s gearing up for a new role after wrapping up his film about Formula 1.
During his outing, Pitt donned a casual white shirt jacket and large black aviator sunglasses.
In his early career, he often sported a shaved head for various roles, becoming quite the A-list actor in the 90s and early 2000s.
He was last seen in December 2024 with a clean-shaven face and medium-length blonde hair while filming in Abu Dhabi.
For his role in “Fight Club,” he famously had a buzz cut paired with a mustache and a goatee. Then there was the super short hairstyle in “Ocean’s Twelve,” where he played Rusty Ryan, and the following year he maintained that same look for “Mr. & Mrs. Smith,” where he met Angelina Jolie.
Interestingly, Pitt’s daughter Shiro and son Knox, with Jolie, are both embracing short hairstyles themselves. In 2023, Shiro made a statement with a striking pale pink buzz cut, though she’s since grown it out a bit. Knox also returned to the public eye recently, making his first red carpet appearance in over three years.
Perhaps it won’t be long before one of Pitt’s other children follows suit with their own trendy haircut.
