Breitbart News Hosting Policy Event with Interior Secretary Doug Burgum

Breitbart News is holding a policy event with Home Secretary Doug Burgham as the US enters an era of energy domination under the Trump administration and puts America first in terms of energy.

The event, entitled “A Conversation Secretary Doug Burgum,” was blocked from the White House on Wednesday, March 19th in downtown Washington, D.C. Breitbart News is partnering with CGCN and the Alfa Institute to host events sponsored by the American Clean Power Association, among other things.

“We have not been able to be proud of our position as a news organization that can drive key policy conversations and be a platform for stakeholders to discuss the future of all the key issues facing our nation.”

“That's why we're holding these events, starting with Secretary Bulgham, to let the public and decision makers know where the federal government is making important policy decisions before anyone else,” he continued. “If you want to know what's going to happen, you need to read the Breitbart news and be on the cutting edge of the political and policy environment and engage with your audience.”

“The future of American innovation and industry is based on access to abundant energy,” said Matt Sparks, co-founder of the Alfa Institute, in a statement regarding upcoming events.

“Secretary Bulgham's vision to use our resources serves as bedrock for America's golden age,” he said. “Alfa is excited to partner with Breitbart and CGCN to host this forum and advance the idea of maintaining and expanding America's competitiveness over the coming decades.”

CGCN's Sam Geduldig reiterated these sentiments, saying Breitbart News has “unprecedented access to the Trump administration in Congress and Republicans.”

“CGCN is an all-out company. Partnering with these panel discussions felt like the best in the world. I'm very excited to work with Breitbart and Alfa,” he continued, “I've seen other media host similar forums with elected officials. I knew I could take what they started and take it to the next level. This set of speakers is different from what's on offer in the US.”

In a statement, Matthew Boyle, Washington Director of Breitbart News, said: “The control of energy is perhaps the most important economic board of President Trump's US No. 1 agenda, and it is clear why the president expanded his role as Secretary of the Interior in the second term of “drills, babies, drills.” ”

“No leader is better than Secretary Bergham to kick off what is expected to be an action-packed, regular discussion that Breitbart News is actively working to advance policy conversations at exclusive world-class events that no one else in the media can achieve,” Boyle added.

The event is important as President Trump expanded the role of Secretary of the Interior to focus on energy independence and control.

Less than a month later, Trump was tasked with signing an executive order to establish the National Energy Control Council and advising the president on a strategy to make the United States a dominant energy power.

“The Council advises President Trump on strategies to achieve energy control by improving the permit, production, production, distribution, regulation and transportation processes across all forms of America's energy,” according to White House documents.

A key role is Bulgham, the Secretary of the Interior, who chairs the council.

“This is a big deal. We have more energy than any other country, and now we're doing it well. He said before signing the order.

Bergham has since declared that the Biden administration's “war on American energy” has been “officially” over.

“The Biden administration had a government-wide approach. There's a war with US energy,” he said. “Now we need to make it about 180 degrees and unlock that possibility. We need to unlock it all the way from the Gulf of America to Alaska.”

And certainly, Bulgham uses his role as Secretary of the Interior to help unlock America's energy potential.

“Inside, there is 500 million acres of surfaces, 700 million acres of underground minerals, important minerals, and nearly 2 billion acres offshore,” Brugham said, as reported by Breitbart News. “And that balance sheet is the largest balance sheet in the world and is completely underutilized.”

Bulgham also explains that American energy domination will help stabilize the world.

“National security means energy security,” Burgham told Fox News host Brett Bayer, who said Trump prioritizes selling American energy over foreign countries.

“If we lower oil prices, it's difficult for Iran to fund terrorism and it's difficult for Russia to fight war,” Burgham said.
