Pop superstar Britney Spears has moved to Mexico to escape the “incredibly cruel” paparazzi who she says have treated her “extremely mean” for years.
“It's really disgusting that the paparazzi make my face look like I'm wearing a white Jason mask. It doesn't even look like me,” Spears said on Monday, which also happened to be her 43rd birthday. He said this in a video posted on his Instagram account.

The “…Baby One More Time” singer went on to lament how paparazzi have been “incredibly cruel” to her over the years.
“The paparazzi, the photos, the way they portrayed me, they were always incredibly cruel to me,” Spears added. It's very mean and cruel. ”
“That's why I moved to Mexico,” Spears revealed.
In another video posted to her Instagram, the pop star once again weighed in on the Jason mask issue, writing, “I don't understand why paparazzi would put me on a plane looking like I was wearing a Jason mask. It doesn't even look like that.
The “Oops!…I Did It Again” singer oddly added, “I'm not turning 43, I'm turning 5 this year. I'm turning 5, so I have to go to kindergarten tomorrow.”

A few days after her birthday remarks, Spears resumed posting her usual content to her Instagram account, including her infamous dance video.
In October, the pop star, wearing a wedding dress, announced in another Instagram video that she was “married.” Spears declared this to be the “best thing” she had ever done.
