Brittany Aldean, wife of country star Jason Aldean, says the new Trump presidency has opened her eyes to “the light at the end of the tunnel.”
Brittany attended Trump's inauguration with her husband this week and spoke about her experience afterward Instagram stories She expressed a hopeful outlook for the future.
“Going back to Florida after a very long week in Mexico, DC and I just wanted to hop over here and say how I feel about everything and the whole experience,” Brittany said. “It's definitely a bucket list thing that you think will never happen again.”
“I was like, 'Baby, when are we going to be in this situation again? This is amazing.' So you always like to pinch yourself.” “What about us? How have all the events of our lives unfolded to put us here at the presidential inauguration? So, it's kind of crazy.”
Brittany talked about meeting Trump's family and called Ivanka Trump a “dream.”
“I wanted to say that we've been hanging out with the family for a little while, but if you've never had a personal encounter with them, they're the kindest, most gracious, genuine people.” I just want to say that.'' “I met Ivanka for the first time. We talked a little and she was an actual dream. So sweet and kind and she makes you feel like you want to be there in the conversation. That's what they do. Everything.”
“We've participated in headlines many times about things that aren't facts and people's opinions and people reading headlines on the internet and thinking it's gospel, but also saying it's not. So , from personal experience, we really adore this family. They are so kind and lovely and we always have such a good time when we are around them,” she said. I added.
Brittany concluded with her hope that a second Trump presidency will bring some light to America.
“We had a great time. I'm so happy to have him back in the office. It feels like there's a light at the end of the tunnel, and we're in it now. We're getting there. “Like America, we will prosper again,” she concluded.
