Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes surprised Kansas City Chiefs fans on Saturday at the annual Kelce Jam hosted by Travis Kelce.
Kelsey drew cheers from the entire audience before the NFL star quarterback and his wife took to the stage with the athletes at the music festival, sponsored by Jim Beam and held at the Azura Amphitheater in Bonner Springs.
While performing his hit song “Birthday Song,” 2 Chainz noticed Kelce and Patrick jamming on the side of the stage and invited them to come out.
Fans were thrilled to see the two Super Bowl champions take to the stage. The three danced and laughed together before the “I’m Different” rapper, 46, offered his congratulations, thanked the audience and left.
Patrick, 28, then took center stage as the music switched to DJ Khaled’s famous song “All I Do Is Win.”
“Guys! This is my dog, Pat Mahomes!” Kelce, 34, yelled into the microphone.
Patrick waved to the fans and yelled into the microphone, “Kansas City!” How are you feeling tonight? Are we going to Kelsey Jam or what? Please let me know! “
“We love you,” the quarterback told the roaring crowd. “We wanted to let everyone know about this continuity.” [Super Bowl championships] Not enough. Do you know what we’re going to do? There are three of us! ”
His teammates continued singing and dancing to “All I Do Is Win” for several minutes before Patrick slowly made his way to the side of the stage.
“Pat Mahomes!” Kelce screamed again as Patrick threw his arms in the air and disappeared.
While Patrick was on stage doing his thing, his wife Brittany was laughing, dancing and recording the moment.
The 28-year-old mother of two stayed by Patrick’s side throughout the night as she watched performances by 2 Chainz, Diplo and Lil Wayne.
Patrick and Brittany, who looked stunning in denim dresses and knee-high denim boots, seemed to be especially enjoying Lil Wayne’s set as they were seen dancing together on the side.
At one point, Patrick gently turned to Brittany, held her hand, and swayed back and forth to “Royal” and “Pop That.”
Brittany put her arm on her husband’s shoulder and danced with him to Young Money’s “Every Girl in the World.”
Patrick’s younger brother, Jackson Mahomes, was also on the side of the stage, but not in the spotlight.
Kelce gushed to Page Six about the sold-out event, saying the cheering from the 20,000 fans in attendance was “unbelievable.”
“It’s getting better every year, [Kansas City] It just keeps showing up and showing up,” he told Us on the red carpet.
The three-time Super Bowl champion continued to show his gratitude on stage, bringing home the Lombardi Trophy alongside 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne.
“In all my years, [Kansas City]life has never been better than it is right now,” the tight end said at the beginning of the concert.
Of course, Kelsea could be hinting at a life-changing romance with Taylor Swift, whom she started dating last summer.
The professional soccer player said the “Tortured Poets” songstress encouraged him to “just go out and have fun.”
“You’d be stupid if you tried to copy what she did!” he said with a laugh.
