Bo Nix and Wife Expecting First Child
Bo Nix, the quarterback for the Broncos, and his wife, Izzy, shared some wonderful news recently. They are expecting their first child, which they announced on social media. In a heartfelt post, they included a photo of Bo holding an ultrasound image while they strolled hand in hand.
This exciting bit of news comes just days before Bo’s upcoming games against the Jets in London and the Giants in Denver in the seventh week of the season.
“Knicks Party of 3!!!” the couple’s Instagram announcement reads, quoting Jeremiah 1:5 with the sentiment, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were born I set you apart.”
Bo and Izzy, both 25, tied the knot in 2022 after dating during Bo’s college years at Auburn, which spanned from 2019 to 2021, and later at Oregon.
After their announcement, Izzy shared several congratulatory messages on her Instagram Story, including one from Kennedy, the wife of Broncos backup quarterback Jarrett Stidham, and an image that seems to capture the couple celebrating the pregnancy test result with family.
Izzy is often seen posting snapshots of their life together, showcasing her unwavering support for Bo as he navigates his career, especially in his quest to challenge the Chiefs in the AFC West.
She expressed her pride for him last year when he secured the starting position with the 12th overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
During the previous season, Nix started all 17 games, throwing for 29 touchdowns and 12 interceptions, and amassed 3,775 passing yards, helping propel the Broncos to an unexpected playoff appearance.
This strong performance has raised expectations for the current season, where the Broncos currently stand at 3-2 after a tough loss to the Eagles last Sunday.
So far this year, Nix has thrown for 1,103 yards, with eight touchdown passes and four interceptions, adding another 100 rushing yards and a touchdown on the ground. He’ll have the opportunity to further amplify those numbers in the coming weeks, first against the struggling Jets in London and then back home for the match against the Giants, which many believe the Broncos should win comfortably.
