Brooke Hogan Reflects on Her Father’s Death

Brooke Hogan, the daughter of wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, recently shared some thoughts regarding the events around her father’s passing. She expressed these feelings through a series of heartfelt social media posts.

In her messages, Brooke mentioned receiving a “legal call” from individuals in both law enforcement and healthcare who advised her to examine body camera footage and 911 recordings, suggesting that this material could significantly alter the narrative surrounding her father’s death.

“Here’s what I know. Please stop the guessing,” she wrote on her Instagram story. “I’ve also informed my brother about everything that’s going on.”

Brooke’s Decision Not to Attend the Funeral

Brooke explained her absence from Hulk Hogan’s funeral, stating, “People grieve in many ways.” She insisted that there are numerous perspectives on mourning and that everyone handles it differently.

“Fact: I received a legal call from medical professionals and police who were present with my father on the day he passed. They are urging me to look at the body cam footage,” she revealed.

She expressed her concern, noting that these professionals are risking their careers by trying to uncover the truth. “It’s all about my father’s wife now, and I feel helpless. My hands are tied,” she remarked.

Brooke mentioned that she is unsure about the timing and circumstances of her father’s cremation, though she believes an autopsy will be conducted. “I don’t know who will handle that, but if it happens, I will respect the process,” she added.

She also raised questions about whether the officials who contacted her had relayed important information regarding the autopsy to the medical team involved.

Brooke pointed out that body cam footage and 911 records are not accessible under the Freedom of Information Act, leading her to wonder why this information is under such tight control.

“Is there any uncertainty from his general physician about signing the death certificate? Considering his medical history, you might find your own answers with a quick search online,” she noted, implying there could be more to discover.

Brooke ultimately expressed frustration over the investigation’s pace, stating, “You have to trust that your brother is doing his best to find answers. But no matter what we find, it won’t bring my dad back.”

She concluded her posts by pledging not to dwell on the “mystery” any longer, emphasizing that they’ve already mourned and processed a lot.

Hulk Hogan passed away on July 24th due to a heart attack at his home in Clearwater, Florida. He was 71 and had a history of atrial fibrillation, a condition characterized by irregular heart rates.

In reflecting on their relationship, Brooke mentioned that they hadn’t had a significant falling-out, stating, “We’ve never had a big battle. It was more about personal calls that no one else understands.”
