Jenna Sims Responds to Social Media Criticism

Jenna Sims, a model featured in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition and married to PGA golfer Brooks Koepka, addressed some harsh comments on social media this Thursday.

Sims shared a reel on Instagram celebrating the conclusion of “Dry January,” showing off her bikini and reflecting on the benefits she noticed from abstaining from alcohol for a month. However, not all comments were supportive.

One user questioned, “Wow, why does your husband let you go online like this?” To which Sims cleverly replied, posting a screenshot of another bikini picture with a cheeky: “I found a photo that doesn’t require permission.”

In her video, she revealed a marked improvement in her sleep quality, better food choices, diminished cravings, and even a boost in her motivation to wake up early for workouts. Yet, she did acknowledge in response to another commenter that she would likely resume drinking wine eventually.

The past month has been quite eventful for both Sims and Koepka, as the couple recently returned to the PGA Tour after leaving LIV Golf. Koepka made his comeback during the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines, finishing the first round at one over par.

Married in June 2022, Sims and Koepka welcomed their first child in July 2023. Sims, who previously participated in the Miss Teen USA pageant representing Georgia in 2007, has also ventured into acting and modeling, making appearances in several films and the swimsuit edition of Sports Illustrated.

Beyond her modeling career, Sims is actively involved in philanthropy, founding the Pageant of Hope to support children facing significant challenges in their lives.
