Brooks Nader Captivates in NYC with Bold Fashion
This week, Brooks Nader turned heads with a striking ensemble as she explored New York City. The 28-year-old model donned a sheer black turtleneck, tucked into a black miniskirt, complimented by a black blazer that just about hid the silicone covers she was sporting.
Her accessories included chunky gold earrings, a gold bracelet, and sheer black tights, all of which added a touch of glamour. Nader’s makeup was on the bolder side; she wore glossy red lipstick, a hint of smokey eye, and dramatic lashes.
She was seen with her sisters, Sarah Jane and Grace Ann, after attending the talk show “Shelly.” Sarah Jane opted for a black dress featuring a plunging neckline under a fuzzy burgundy coat, while Grace Ann styled gray dress pants and a black crop top.
Having left their hometown in Louisiana to pursue careers in fashion and media, the sisters promoted their reality show, “Love Thy Nader,” on the talk show, offering a glimpse into their lives together.
Brooks is known for her daring fashion choices. Just earlier this month, she experienced a wardrobe mishap during the Marquee Las Vegas Grand Reveal Weekend at Marquee Nightclub.
At that event, she wore a skin-tight black jumpsuit with a plunging neckline. While having fun and recording a dance video, the low-cut garment slipped down, momentarily exposing her breasts. This time, she was accompanied by all three sisters, including Mary Holland.
In a recent chat with a magazine, Nader shared insights about her childhood in Baton Rouge. Growing up in a conservative and Christian household, she always dreamt of sprawling city life. “For most of our childhood, my father worked at a nonprofit, and my mother stayed at home with us,” she reminisced about their modest upbringing, adding, “We really needed each other.”
Though her parents were strongly opposed to her dropping out of school to model in New York, telling her it was “the stupidest thing you’ve ever done,” Nader persevered. She found an agent and took the plunge into her career.
After being turned down for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, she took initiative and attended an open casting call, where she was one of just six women selected from a staggering 10,000 applicants, later earning the title of Newcomer of the Year.
“You can’t wait for others,” she emphasized. “It all depends on you. You have to try, try, and see the vision with your own eyes.”
