Browns’ Myles Garrett has heartwarming moment with Ravens rookie after jersey swap ask

Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett shared an emotional moment with Baltimore Ravens offensive lineman Roger Rosengarten on Saturday during the final game of Week 18.

After the Ravens game, Rosengarten could be heard asking Garrett to exchange jerseys after the game. In recent years, jersey exchanges have become an important part of the game for players.

“I know I'm a nobody, but what if I could get that jersey after that?” Rosengarten asked Garrett.

Mr. Garrett kindly answered.

“Hey, you guys are in the league, you guys are winning games, you guys look great, you're not nobody by any means,” Garrett told Rosengarten. “i got you.”

Rosengarten said he appreciates Garrett's actions.

The two players are on opposite ends of the popularity spectrum.

Garrett, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 draft, won Defensive Player of the Year last season and is looking to win the award for the second straight year. Rosengarten was the Ravens' second-round pick in the 2024 draft. He has started 14 of 17 games this season.

Rosengarten spoke about the moment on Wednesday, according to . team website.

“After Derrick made that big run for the touchdown, it was just me and him walking. I was like, 'He's right next to me. Why? There's no one else around.' 'Actually, the whole world saw that,' he said, adding that he should have called himself a rookie instead of a 'nobody.'
