Here’s an interesting twist: Budweiser typically uses beechwood chips during its aging process. But now, they’re saying they’ll swap out those chips for an actual baseball bat.
I have to admit, I’m not usually into flavored drinks. I mean, if you need your coffee to taste like cookies or your beer to taste like, I don’t know, Sour Patch Kids? Maybe you don’t really enjoy the base flavors of those drinks.
That said, I find this idea amusing. It’s meant to taste quite similar to regular Budweiser, but I could always pretend to be a beer expert and chat about how it tastes like a bat.
Personally, I’d love to give it a shot, but the only place to try it seems to be in a cornfield out in Iowa.
