Building of Dak Prescott's large mansion continues despite his breakup with his fiancée

Despite a tumultuous breakup with his fiancée, Dak Prescott is pressing on with construction of his lavish mansion in Texas.

Recent images from the California Post reveal that work on the Dallas Cowboys quarterback’s property in Prosper is in full swing, undeterred by his recent separation from Sarah Jane Ramos.

As of last Friday, construction crews were actively working—hammering and installing windows—on what resembles more of a small apartment complex than a single-family residence.

The home, situated about 55 miles from downtown Dallas, boasts several floors and numerous rooms. Early developments of a tennis court can also be spotted in the yard.

Originally, a sizable house existed on this site, but Prescott decided to tear it down in October 2024. He mentioned wanting a more spacious and modern home for himself and Ramos as they looked forward to starting a family.

However, the couple went their separate ways in March, ultimately canceling their wedding that was set for April. In a message directed to guests, they expressed their regret: “We have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding,” they wrote, also soliciting understanding for the disruption this may have caused.

Despite these personal challenges, Prescott continues to focus on his career, having recently signed a lucrative four-year, $240 million contract with the Cowboys. He made an appearance at the team’s offseason training earlier this week.
