Bumble’s Leadership Change
Bumble announced on Friday that founder and executive chair Whitney Wolf will take over as CEO in mid-March, following the resignation of Rydian Jones from the role.
The company’s shares saw a nearly 5% increase during pre-market trading.
Additionally, Bumble indicated that it expects to report fourth-quarter revenues, both total and from the Bumble app, that will exceed the midpoint of earlier forecasts.
Jones will remain in the CEO position until the leadership transition is finalized.
