Bunny XO Addresses Divorce with Jelly Roll

Bunny XO surprised fans by sharing that she and Jelly Roll “still have a child” despite their ongoing divorce issues. “I know this might come as a shock, but we still have kids,” she mentioned during the June 18 episode of the Dumb Blonde podcast, shortly after news broke that Jelly Roll had filed for divorce.

“That’s my best friend; I love him,” she added, emphasizing her complex feelings about the situation. Bunny XO clarified, “This isn’t what it seems. No one has deceived anyone.”

She explained, “We simply served each other’s purpose.” Reflecting on their relationship, she noted they were “the most unconventional couple you could meet.” Bunny disclosed an argument with Jelly Roll on Mother’s Day that led to her telling him to file for divorce in a moment of frustration. After packing her things, she didn’t communicate with him for “a few weeks.”

“He was really angry, and the emotions ran high, so he ended up doing what I suggested,” she stated, admitting the divorce was “not mutual.” Bunny felt that therapy could help them reconcile, but Jelly Roll did not agree.

Despite the struggles, Bunny has come to accept the changes in her life. “I aim to end this marriage on good terms,” she said, expressing that, “This needed to happen. It was a wake-up call, a sort of comeback.”

On his part, Jelly Roll addressed the divorce during a show at the Little Us Shed Tour in Saratoga Springs, New York. “While we’re discussing liars, the internet is also a liar,” he remarked to the audience. He urged fans to capture the moment, proclaiming, “This is the only time we will discuss this in this city.”

He added, “My wife and I are best friends and always will be. I love her deeply; she may be the only woman I’ll ever love this way.” This heartfelt comment was later shared on his Instagram.
