When the Colorado suspect was arrested by police last week, he was held in a very precarious position on a toilet.
The suspect, charged with second-degree robbery, had his pants down when he was arrested by Lakewood police early Thursday morning. Authorities were responding to a robbery alarm.

“We have seen many things in frightening events, but this time we had no idea what was waiting for us!”
A video posted by the department shows a serious-looking officer with a firearm breaking down the bathroom door.
Officers ordered the suspect to lower his pants and raise his hands while sitting on the toilet.
“I’m in danger, bud,” the suspect said, throwing his hands in the air.

The suspect responded to arrest. He was immediately taken to a detention center.
“Overall great teamwork by the patrol and drone teams,” the police department wrote on social media.
