Caitlin Clark broke the WNBA’s all-time single-game assist record in the fourth quarter of Wednesday night’s win over the Dallas Wings.
Her record-setting 19th assist came on a pass to Fever’s Kelsey Mitchell, who hit a 3-pointer with 2:22 left in the game.
Courtney VanderSloot held the record with 18 while with the Chicago Sky in 2020, ironically when the Sky played against the Fever.
It was part of a great night for Clark, who broke the Fever franchise record for most assists in a single season in just 26 games.
She also became the first player in WNBA history to reach 400 points and 200 assists in a season.
