Caitlin Clark was in the building for the NBA playoffs.
The new Indiana Fever star and No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft addressed the Gainbridge Fieldhouse crowd before tipoff of the Pacers’ thrilling 121-118 overtime victory over the Bucks. called to cheer up.
Clark attended along with some of his new Fever teammates, including star center Aliyah Boston and All-Star guard Erica Wheeler.
She literally pumped up the crowd by sitting in an Indy car before the game started, and showed off her skills by tossing T-shirts to fans in the stands.
Clark witnessed a classic game in Indiana, where the Pacers defeated the Giannis Antetokounmpo-less Bucks to lead the series 2-1.
The Pacers withstood multiple game-tying 3-pointers from Khris Middleton in multiple clutch situations. One tied the game and sent it to overtime, and the other tied the game at 118 with six seconds left in the extra frame.
Pacers All-Star guard Tyrese Haliburton hit the game-winning floater five seconds later and then made the free throws to seal the important victory.

Middleton attempted another game-clinching 3-pointer to end overtime, but fell short.
As for Indiana’s WNBA team, Clark and the Fever will open the preseason on May 3 against the Dallas Wings.
The Fever will open the regular season on May 14th against the Connecticut Sun.
