Michelle Mack, 53, and her husband, Kenneth Mack, were sentenced Thursday by a San Diego County judge.
They were both sentenced to five years and four months in prison, but as part of a plea deal, Mack’s husband will be released after a year and serve the remainder of his sentence on probation through community service.
Meanwhile, Mack has been given a deferred sentence and will serve her sentence so that she and her husband can care for their three children once he is released.
Investigators executed a search warrant at Max and Max’s 45,000-square-foot mansion outside San Diego, California, and found more than $350,000 worth of makeup and other products.

Prosecutors said Mack oversaw about a dozen employees at her business, called “California Girls,” and made millions of dollars reselling products on Amazon.
Authorities say the thieves spanned 21 counties and are estimated to have stolen more than $8 million in cosmetics.
As part of the judgment, the couple were ordered to pay $3 million in restitution to Ulta, a US cosmetics store chain, and $13,000 to Sephora, another popular US cosmetics store chain.
During the interview CNBC Earlier this year, Ulta CEO Dave Kimbell said e-commerce sites should put more effort into ensuring that what they sell isn’t stolen.
“There’s a wealth of data, insights and technology that we can dig deep into to see if we, as retailers, and the retail community as a whole, are part of the problem,” Kimbell said.
Mack has been ordered not to travel outside the state while she serves her sentence and awaits her husband’s release, and has also been ordered to stay away from Ulta and Sephora stores.
