Cam Thomas shoves Jalen Brunson in heated end to Knicks-Nets

At the end of Friday’s game, the New York basketball rivalry got a little dicey.

In the final moments of the Knicks’ 111-107 come-from-behind victory over the Nets, things got a little heated when Cam Thomas intentionally fouled Jalen Brunson.

With the Nets leading by two points and 4.1 seconds left, Thomas intentionally fouled Brunson hard and pushed him wide to the near side of the court.

As the Madison Square Garden crowd, including Spike Lee, raged, OG Anunoby also became upset and exchanged a look with Thomas before officials separated the teams to quell further trouble.

OG Anunoby took an exception for Cam Thomas’ foul on Jalen Brunson.

In addition to a personal foul, Thomas was given a technical as well as Anunoby.

After realizing Anunoby was in the scrum, fans started chanting “OG, OG”.

Brunson sank two free throws and the Knicks won by four points, securing at least a top-four playoff seed.
