Camille Kostek and boyfriend Rob Gronkowski have no plans to miss Tom Brady’s big night.
Kostek, a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and former Patriots cheerleader, gave fans a peek on her Instagram Story on Wednesday from the induction ceremony, which took place at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, where Brady played in the NFL for 20 years and seven Super Bowl appearances.
“I’m just going to Tom Brady’s retirement ceremony,” said Gronkowski, a former NFL tight end who played with Brady for the Patriots and Buccaneers.
Kostecki and Gronkowski, who have been rumored to be dating since 2015, made an appearance on the red carpet before the gala, which featured a performance by Jay-Z.
Brady won six Super Bowl championships during his time with the Patriots before joining the Buccaneers in 2020. He won his final Super Bowl in 2021 with the 35-year-old Gronkowski.
“In 2000, I was drafted as a raw kid, 23 years old,” the future Hall of Fame quarterback said Wednesday, “and 20 years later, I left as a pretty old kid, 43 years old. But during that time, I was adopted by a family that loved me like a son, and they accepted me like one of their own.”
Brady, now 46, announced his retirement in February 2023 after 23 seasons.
Patriots owner Robert Kraft announced in a ceremony on Wednesday that Brady’s No. 12 jersey will be retired.
“There is only one iconic number that represents Tom Brady,” Kraft said. “Tonight, No. 12 is officially retired, and I promise you it will never be worn again.”
Brady is set to move into broadcasting as Fox’s lead NFL analyst starting in the 2024 season.
He signed a massive 10-year, $375 million contract with the network in 2022.
Gronkowski, meanwhile, has become part of the Fox family since retiring from the NFL in March 2019.
He came out of retirement in 2020 to team up with Brady in Tampa Bay before retiring again in 2022 after 11 years.
Kostek, 32, has long been open about her relationship with Gronkowski, whom she met at a charity event in 2013, and how their relationship has progressed since then.
“Rob and I have been together for many years.” Kostek told Page Six. In May, she said, “We’ve had good times and bad times, we’ve split up, we’ve done our own thing, we’ve gotten back together, we’ve healed in so many ways, we’ve learned and grown over the years.”
She is currently featured in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2024 edition.
