Police have ruled out terrorism as motive
Montreal:
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Kearney added on Sunday that more than 20 people were injured in the Vancouver incident in which nine people were killed at the Philippine street festival.
Police ruled out the attacks as motive, and Carney spoke a day before the national election, saying that the investigation is ongoing but there were no indications of a “active threat to Canadians” after committing a male driver who was arrested following the attack.
