Staff members from Capitol Hill are set to participate in the 49th season of the well-known reality show “Survivor,” which will be airing this fall.
Rep. Alex Moore, who serves as the Director of Communications, appeared in a promotional video for the upcoming season, highlighting his role on the hill.
“I’m involved in Capitol Hill because, honestly, one of my favorite pastimes is buttering up others,” he mentioned, as reported by Entertainment Weekly.
In a conversation with EW, Jeff Probst, the show’s host, referred to the contestants as “very likable and quirky.”
“Each season of Survivor is distinct, and Survivor 49 is certainly no exception,” Probst noted in the interview with EW.
Schakowsky recently revealed that he will not be pursuing reelection.
Moore did not promptly reply to a request for further comments.
