Cardi B Spotted with New Connection in Paris

Cardi B is enjoying her time in the City of Love.

Just months after her breakup with NFL player Stefon Diggs, the rapper seems to have found a potential new romance at a Paris Fashion Week event.

Recently, she was seen sitting next to Nigerian soccer goalkeeper Maduka Okoye. Reports indicate he helped her find her seat.

Okoye shared a snapshot of the moment on his Snapchat.

Later on, they were caught sharing laughs on a terrace in Paris.

While Okoye and his team didn’t qualify for the World Cup this time around, last appearing in Russia in 2018 without making it past the group stage, he’s currently making headlines at one of fashion’s biggest events.

The 6-foot-6 goalkeeper plays for Udinese in Italy’s Serie A. This new connection with Cardi comes about five months after her split from Diggs, with whom she has a son.

Their relationship became public on Instagram in June but ended before the Super Bowl in February.

Recently, they were also seen in an argument lasting at least ten minutes outside a coffee shop and gym in Bartonsville, Maryland. This was shortly after Diggs affectionately kissed Cardi at a Mother’s Day event.

While the exact cause of their disagreement was unclear, reports indicated that Cardi could be heard saying something about another woman.

In a lighter moment, she mentioned, “Sometimes I forget that I’m a celebrity…Damn, guys, do you never say bad things about daddy when you’re hungry?”

There have been whispers of a possible rekindling between Cardi and Diggs after their split, especially given their public outings together. But it seems that chapter might already be closing.
