Music icon Cardi B and NFL star Stefon Diggs are eagerly anticipating their first child together.

The rapper revealed her pregnancy during an interview with TV host Gayle King on “CBS Morning.” “I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs,” she shared. “I’m happy, feeling strong, and, you know, managing all this work while expecting.” It’s interesting how she describes this chaos of balancing work and motherhood.

This will be Cardi B’s fourth child. She already has two daughters, Wave and Kulture, plus a son from her relationship with Offset. On the other hand, Diggs has an eight-year-old daughter, Nova, from a previous romance.

Cardi B has been looking forward to the release of her second album, titled “Am I The Drama?” It seems like she’s juggling quite a bit right now, doesn’t it?

The baby is expected to arrive before Cardi’s tour kicks off in February, although there’s still some uncertainty about whether the child will be born before the Super Bowl, which is set for February 8th in the San Francisco Bay Area. Cardi is scheduled to head out on the road shortly after the big game.

Rumors about their relationship started swirling last October, and they made their first public appearance together during an NBA playoff game in May 2025. I remember thinking back then, wow, what a power couple!

In light of Cardi’s announcement, reporters asked Diggs if a celebration was in order. His response? “I understand,” he mentioned with a thoughtful tone.

Diggs recently signed a three-year contract with the Patriots and is now fully cleared to play, having missed part of the offseason due to an ACL injury from last season. He brightened the field during the initial games, accumulating 89 yards. Quite the turnaround, I suppose!

With six consecutive seasons of surpassing 1,000 yards for the Vikings and Bills, Diggs has shown resilience and skill in the game. Though his season with the Texans was brief, he still managed to finish strong with 496 yards. It’s worth keeping an eye on him this season.
