Cardi B shares unexpected $73,000 gift from her boyfriend Stefon Diggs

Cardi B is showcasing some stunning diamonds – all thanks to her “booboo.”

In a recent TikTok video, the rapper known for “Bodak Yellow” gave a glimpse of her luxurious jewelry collection.

“First of all, let’s put our watch on; this is Patek Philippe,” Cardi, now 32, said, drawing attention to a watch adorned with 56 diamonds.

“My booboo got it for me at a jeweller in London. When I met him there, I thought he was picking up a watch for himself.”

Cardi, who hosted WWE 2025 Summerslam at MetLife Stadium last weekend, shared that this watch fits into her “new daily stack” of accessories, which also includes bracelets from Cartier, Tiffany & Company, and Van Cleef & Arpels.

The Patek Philippe watch Cardi mentioned is retailing for around $72,806.

“Honestly, I don’t care what anyone says, I adore Van Cleef,” she continued. “It’s classic. You know, truly wealthy people never grow tired of them. I’ve lost a few Van Cleef bracelets over time. Maybe I should start collecting them again; the colors are just so vibrant.”

Since June, Cardi has been linked with Stefon Diggs, as evidenced by their interactions on social media.

Recently, the four-time Pro Bowler gained attention after a video of him surfaced, featuring a questionable pink substance.

The incident was addressed, but the footage was taken down. Coach Mike Vrabel remarked that he’s aware of the situation and checks in with his players regularly.

The couple has been seen enjoying their time together during the offseason, traveling from Paris to New York City.

Cardi even supported Diggs at his youth football camp, held at SECU Stadium, which is part of the University of Maryland.

Meanwhile, Diggs, who is 31, signed a three-year contract worth up to $69 million with the Patriots in March. He’s recovering from a torn ACL and had also caught attention while with the Texans last fall.

Cardi is currently on a promotional tour for her upcoming second album, “Am I The Drama?,” slated to drop on September 19th.

She clinched a Grammy Award for her debut album, “Invasion of Privacy,” which came out in 2018.
