Cardi B Admits to Being Drunk While Commentating at Super Bowl Flag Football Game

Cardi B confessed she was inebriated while providing commentary during the Super Bowl flag football game in Santa Clara, California, on Saturday night.

At Levi’s Stadium, where she was supporting her boyfriend Stefon Diggs in the matchup between the Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks, Cardi explained that she had taken a shot before speaking on the mic at the Super Bowl party.

“I just came from a party,” she mentioned during the event, commenting alongside Andrew Hawkins, Brenda Song, and Agent 00.

“I took about seven shots. It’s getting brighter. People are talking to me and I’m drunk,” she candidly noted.

“I went to all the parties, honey… getting free drinks and drinking,” she added, reflecting on her night out.

At one point, she turned to a fellow commentator and asked, “Are you swearing too much?”

Earlier that evening, Cardi had posed for a shot on stage during a performance at Michael Rubin’s annual Fanatics Super Bowl Day Party.

In a quirky moment, Cardi encountered a humanoid robot outside the InterContinental Hotel and even gave it a lap dance, as captured in a video shared by TMZ.

During this unique interaction, she reportedly stumbled and broke her ankle while wearing high-heeled Louboutins, but bystanders quickly helped her back on her feet, and she seemed to be alright.

Later, Cardi expressed her frustration to TMZ after noticing viral videos and photos featuring the robot. “If you don’t delete it…I will file a lawsuit immediately,” she tweeted in response to one of their posts.

“I’m calling Harvey!” she added, referring to TMZ founder Harvey Levin.

Her energetic performance at the Fanatics party has sparked rumors that she may be a surprise guest during Bad Bunny’s halftime show at the 2026 Super Bowl. The two previously collaborated on her Grammy-winning 2018 hit “I Like It” from her debut album, Invasion of Privacy.
