Caroline Manzo has welcomed her second grandchild!
The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star announced the birth of his son, Albie Manzo, and his wife, Chelsea Manzo, a baby boy, on Friday.
“We are excited to announce the birth of our grandson, Albert Joseph Manzo V, affectionately referred to as 'Five,'” the reality TV star said. he wrote on Instagram.
Caroline said the new family of three are already “ready to come home and start the adventure of a lifetime.”
“Dee Dee and Pop Pop love you endlessly, sweet baby ❤️❤️❤️,” she concluded.
The Bravo star also shared several photos of her son and daughter-in-law at the hospital, as well as her child.
In one photo, Chelsea can be seen holding their young son in her arms while Albie looks down lovingly at him.

“Hi Five 💙,” the new dad wrote.
The couple married in October 2023 and announced the pregnancy news five months later.
“The best is yet to come,” the newlyweds captioned a joint Instagram post in March. “Can't wait to meet you my love.”
Photos posted to social media included a framed ultrasound image of baby Chelsea, with her due date listed as September 2024.
Caroline, 63, posted the same photo at the time, writing: “We're counting our blessings and today we added another one. Can't wait to meet you our little cinnamon roll. Congratulations!”
Later that month, the couple revealed the gender of their child with a cake.
“My face had no clue,” Albie, 38, captioned an excited photo of his wife cutting into the dessert and showing off a blue slice.
Sharing the milestone moment in an Instagram post, Chelsea, 30, wrote: “As you can see Albie (A4) is so excited about us having little A5 and yes we are 100% considering the possibility of nicknameing him Waygu.”
She continued to document her maternity style on her social media platforms, dressing up her belly for her brother's graduation, concerts, and other events.
Chelsea and Albie's son is the first new addition to the Manzo clan since Caroline's first grandchild, Marchesa (aka Markie), was born in February 2017.
Since splitting with estranged husband Vito Scalia in October 2023, Lauren Manzo has been co-parenting their daughter.
Albie and Chelsea's wedding, which took place six months after their engagement, was attended by both exes.
“What a perfect two days,” Lauren, 36, wrote in an emotional Instagram post after the ceremony. “Love you both. Wish we could stay here forever!”
