Caroline Wozniacki and David Lee want $42M for Florida home

Danish tennis champion Caroline Wozniacki and her husband, former NBA All-Star David Lee, have put their expansive Florida home on the market.

Wozniacki, 33, and Lee, 40, rented a penthouse on the top floor of Palazzo del Sol, a luxury condominium on Fisher Island in Miami-Dade County, in June 2021. It was reported that the purchase was made for $18.7 million. wall street journalfirst reported the listing.

Now they are asking for a significant price increase for this palatial apartment. The unit is currently listed with Douglas Elliman's Dina Goldenteyer for $42.5 million.

A $23.9 million increase in less than three years may seem like a lot, but it actually coincides with new development on the 216-acre elite barrier island in one of the nation's most expensive zip codes. Goldentheyer told WSJ.

“If it meets a lot of criteria, like the right size and an open downtown ocean view, buyers know it’s going to be snapped up and they’ll act quickly,” she said. I explained about this condo.
