Bob Lee's ex-wife shot the tech mogul's alleged murderer's socialite sister, Hazar Eliasnia, in a courtroom hallway after she testified for four days in her brother's defense.
“Her husband was killed. She has no right to make herself a victim. She can drive herself crazy,” Krista Lee raged to reporters Wednesday in the hallway of a San Francisco courthouse. KRON4 reports.
Eliasnia, who allegedly had an affair with Lee at a Bay Area sex club, was charged with fatally stabbing the 43-year-old Cash App founder in the heart on April 4. She is the younger sister of Tanima Momeni (40 years old). , 2023.
For the past four days, the 38-year-old has spent more than 12 tense hours denying her brother's actions, even though her defense admitted his actions. Prosecutors say Momeni stabbed Lee to death in revenge, believing he had sexually assaulted his sister and provided her with drugs the night before the murder.

“LOL, you idiot, Bob didn't touch me, no one ever did,” she wrote in a text to her brother shortly after Mr Lee's murder, the court heard on Monday.
Other text messages from the previous day suggested he offered her drugs in exchange for a “fell job,” but Ms Eliasnia denies Bob Lee had any serious sexual overtones. But he only acted inappropriately from time to time.

Ms. Eliasnia testified that at social “gatherings” from April 1 to April 3, 2023, she and Bob Lee were addicted to cocaine, Whippet, and ketamine.
She spent much of her testimony describing how, in her later years, Lee was the victim of sexual assault at the hands of the couple's drug dealer, Jeremy Boivin.
During the April 3 meeting, Bob Lee showed up at Boivin's apartment with a close friend who made her feel extremely uncomfortable, Eliasnia testified.
She asked Boivin to get Bob Lee and his friend to leave her apartment, but as Lee left, Boivin demanded that he “get an Uber or you'll never talk to me again,” which she refused. .
Instead, she chose to stay with Hazard, but Hazard testified that she refused and stayed at Boisin's apartment, where Boisin drugged her and sexually assaulted her.
She said Nomeni then picked her up as she cried and vomited, but never mentioned Bob Lee's name when describing what happened.
Momeni was dating Lee on April 4, when they got into an argument on the street after leaving her luxury San Francisco apartment.
Mr Momeni's defense argued that Mr Lee was drunk and attacked him with a knife, leaving him bleeding from the stabbing.
