A Democratic watchdog group is accusing Robert F. Kennedy Jr., President-elect Trump's nominee to head the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), of violating election laws last year. According to a press release, Accountable.US has filed a complaint with the New York State Board of Elections, asking the Office of Elections Law Enforcement to investigate whether Kennedy violated the law by “registering and voting.” .
