Cathy Ventura Testifies Emotionally in Court
Cathy Ventura was visibly emotional on the witness stand during the proceedings on Friday.
Prosecutor Emily Johnson questioned Ventura about her defense’s suggestion that she had “graciously cherished” a sexual encounter, which she claims was forced upon her with a male escort, as observed by Combs.
“How do you describe the escort urinating in your mouth while you are on the floor?” Johnson asked. This led to a swift objection from the defense, but the court maintained the line of questioning, prompting Ventura to tear up.
Through her tears, Ventura continued to respond as Johnson pressed her about how often Combs had forced her into a “freak-off” while she was suffering from a urinary tract infection.
“Frequently,” she answered, clearly distressed.
When asking her to describe the emotional toll of being beaten by Combs during these incidents, Ventura said, “I felt no worth. Um, like I’m not important to him. I don’t seem to have anything. Absolutely nothing.”
