Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of raping Cathy after their breakup in 2018.
The R&B artist claimed that during a conversation at a restaurant in Malibu, there was a warm, playful atmosphere between them. However, when he later came to her house, he allegedly assaulted her.
Cathy recounted that she clearly expressed her distress, saying she remembered crying and saying “No,” but the incident happened quickly. She described Combs as having “black” eyes and noted that he seemed oblivious to her tears.
“He got up and left,” she shared. At the time of the incident, Cathy had just started a relationship with her now-husband, Alex Fine, and they have two children, with a third on the way.
Interestingly, Cathy stated that she later engaged in sexual activity with Combs again, mentioning that it was not entirely her choice.
