Combs’ Defense Challenges Ventura’s Allegations

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team is scrutinizing Cathy Ventura’s claims by questioning the timeline of her allegations against him. Ventura, 38, has stated that Combs raped her in August 2018.

Interestingly, Combs had faced similar claims back in September 2018.

His attorney, Anna Estevao, is attempting to weaken Ventura’s accusations by referring to texts exchanged between the Bad Boy Records producer and Ventura since that August.

In one of those texts, Ventura remarked, “Attack me when you can,” to Combs.

Later, Estevao highlighted that during their last exchange, Ventura didn’t mention anything about an alleged sexual assault.

“Did you not say anything about the impact of our last meeting?” Estevao pressed.

“Yes,” Ventura responded.

Estevao followed up with another question, “Do you state that you want to ensure peace?”

“Yes,” Ventura answered.
