Cassie Ventura Shares Heartfelt Testimony in Diddy Trial, Detailing Sexual and Emotional Abuse

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former girlfriend, Kathy Ventura, recently provided heartfelt testimony regarding her troubled relationship with the rapper. She shared experiences of assault and humiliation that she endured while they were together.

Ventura first connected with Combs in 2005 when she was just 19, while he was 37. At that time, she was an aspiring singer and model, seeking her place in the entertainment world. Her association with Combs certainly helped her career, particularly with the release of “Me&U,” which, despite being produced by Ryan Leslie, was distributed under Diddy’s Bad Boy Records. The single achieved commercial success, peaking at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 and receiving Platinum certification.

Now 38, Ventura described disturbing incidents from her past, including a particularly violent episode during a drug-fueled encounter. She recounted how Combs had suggested exploring sexual activities with others early in their relationship, and despite feeling conflicted, she complied, thinking it would please him.

“I was confused and nervous, but I loved him so much. I wanted to make him happy,” she reflected.

In her testimony, Ventura detailed instances of physical violence, which included being attacked by Combs and suffering visible injuries. She also mentioned a specific moment when Combs assaulted her while she tried to flee.

Prosecutors even presented harrowing video evidence of Combs attacking her in a hotel corridor back in 2016. Ventura also recalled that during their first intimate encounter, Combs offered her an ecstasy pill, setting a troubling precedent for their relationship.

“As time passed, I knew it wasn’t something I wanted to do on a regular basis,” she admitted. “In the end, it almost became a job for me.”

“Freak-off sessions became so frequent that I had little time to recover and regain some normalcy,” she further explained.

She elaborated on the physical toll these experiences took on her, including recurrent health issues. “I’ve suffered from many stomach problems and UTIs stemming from those encounters,” she noted.

“When we had freak-offs often, they were back to back, so I couldn’t get rid of the infection,” she lamented.

During her testimony, Ventura made a shocking claim that Combs humiliated her by urinating on her, although this was met with some controversy due to earlier statements from a male escort involved, who claimed that Ventura had asked for that act herself.

“Sometimes he urinates on me,” she stated. “It was overwhelming.”

Throughout the court proceedings, Combs and Ventura avoided making eye contact, though he glanced her way when she entered the courtroom, but she maintained her focus straight ahead.

Currently, Ventura is pregnant with her third child and is married to Alex Fine, who was once Combs’ personal trainer.
