Cassie’s husband, Alex Fine, accuses model Sean “Diddy” Combs, 54, of raping and physically abusing her over a period of years, according to an explosive lawsuit filed Thursday. Just hours after news broke that Kathy, 37, had filed a complaint, people took to social media to support her.
The 30-year-old personal trainer casually shared a photo of the couple on their wedding day via his Instagram Stories, complete with a red heart emoji. The sweet snapshot was quickly deleted, but appears to be a repost of an old Instagram collage from his account in August 2022.
As The Post previously reported, Cathy claims Diddy trafficked, raped and assaulted her from 2005 to 2018.
“After years of silence and darkness, I am finally telling my story and speaking out on behalf of myself and for other women who face violence and abuse within their relationships. I am ready to speak out,” Kathy (real name Cassandra Ventura) and her attorneys at Wigdor LLP said in a statement.
The R&B singer claims their on-and-off relationship began in 2005, when she was 19 and Combs was 37. In 2008, he introduced her to opiates to keep her submissive, alleging he “frequently” and “brutalized” her. ” I beat her many times over the years.

In one particular incident, Ventura alleges that Combs became “enraged” when she spoke to another music manager at a party in Los Angeles in 2009. Combs then allegedly pushed her out of the club and into a car, then stomped on her face until she left. bleeding. After her incident, the rapper confined her to a hotel for a week while she recovered from her injuries and did not allow her to see her mother until she recovered.
Two years later, in 2011, when Ventura and Combs weren’t dating, Combs was “very upset” to learn that she briefly dated Kid Cudi (real name Scott Ramon Seguro Mezcadi). claims Ventura.
In response, Combs allegedly punched her and threatened to blow up Kid Audi’s car months later.
“At that time, Kid Cudi’s car exploded in the driveway,” court documents state. A spokesperson for Mr. Cuddy told the New York Times that Mr. Ventura’s account was “all true.”
In 2015, Ventura also claimed that Combs forced her to leave her 29th birthday party to go to a “freak out” at a nearby hotel. According to her complaint, when she broke up with him over dinner in 2018, he allegedly broke into her home and raped her.
Combs’ attorney, Ben Brafman, said his client “vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations.” He also claimed that Ventura had been demanding $30 million from Combs over the past six months “by threatening to write a damaging book about their relationship,” a claim he explicitly rejected as blatant blackmail. Ta.
“Despite retracting his initial threat, Ms. Ventura is now filing a lawsuit full of baseless and outrageous lies to damage Mr. Combs’ reputation and seek his salary,” he said in a statement to Page Six. “I am appealing to the public to bring this matter to fruition,” he said.
In December 2015, the former lovers broke off after Ventura posted a meme photo of a sleeping baby on Instagram that read, “The way I sleep… knowing I’m single and no one is cheating on me.” Rumors surfaced that they broke up. She immediately deleted her post. However, in August 2016 Us Weekly reported that they were still together.
Two years later, it was revealed that the two had broken up for good. “They are certainly not together anymore and haven’t been for months,” Cassie’s rep said in a statement to LoveBScott at the time.
Ventura met Fine in 2018 and they married in Malibu in September 2019, and the couple are parents to Frankie, 3, and Sonny, 2.
