Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson is going through a tough time after recently breaking up with fiancée Sharel Rosado.
In his recent article, Podcast “Nightcap” Johnson, along with co-host Shannon Sharpe, said the “Sale Tampa” alumnus has moved on and has yet to “break the ice” with her after their breakup.
“I'm home. The fact that I'm here means she left,” he said. “I'm at home, I'm alone…I like to laugh at a lot of things, and sometimes I have to laugh and joke so as not to cry. That woman left me. That woman left me, man.”
Rosado, 37, confirmed their split last month. describe X Johnson, 46, is “a free man.”
The former NFL wideout explained that Rosado may return home when he leaves for business.
“I'm sure she'll come back because I have to go on five-day trips back to back and I'm not there,'' he said. “I'm at a loss. I'm not going to be left behind…When I think of all my relationships, everyone has really drifted away from me.
“…I thought about all the things I could do, but I'm a little past the stage and age to play the game, because it's actually serious. Some people think we're playing. I'm like, “You're not kidding, kid,” and try to make a joke and make light of the situation. But it's difficult.
Johnson also explained that his friends, including Sharpe, have not been helpful.
“Until I can calm down and you can be my moderator and help me find a solution,” Johnson said. “None of you are mothers. [group] Chat is helping me. You guys are asking about what I did. I regret what I did. ”
Johnson previously said Rosado blocked him on social media.
It is unclear why the ex-girlfriends, who share 2-year-old daughter Serenity, broke up.
Rosado, 37, confirmed her breakup with Johnson, 46, after saying she was tagged in a slew of posts on social media.
They made their romance public in November 2020, got engaged In January 2023.
